They reside in Rabat zoo The final specimens of the Atlas Lion, one of many symbols of Morocco sufficient to be the nickname of the gamers of the nationwide soccer staff. There are about forty left within the park. This lion subspecies has been extinct within the wild for about 80 years.. To guard the Atlas lion, Rabat Zoo collaborates with establishments from everywhere in the world.
